Partner models

Choose how your team wants to deliver managed DMARC

Start with the operating model, not a price table. Choose how much of the customer relationship, billing, DNS work and day-to-day service your team wants to own. Commercial terms are discussed privately after a fit review.

Referral

Use the referral path when your team identifies a need but does not want delivery responsibility. Make a qualified introduction with permission, and Vigil/TVIG handles the next conversation. No public commission or payment terms are promised on this page.

Reseller

Use the reseller path when your business wants to retain the customer and billing relationship while working with Vigil on the managed-DMARC delivery process. Responsibilities are confirmed during onboarding before any customer commitment is made.

Self-service

Use the self-service path when your team is comfortable with DNS, email-authentication concepts, customer communication and exception handling. The partner takes more direct operational responsibility; exact access, support and commercial terms are agreed privately.

A practical way to choose

  • Choose Referral if you want a clean introduction and handoff.
  • Choose Reseller if you want to own the customer relationship with shared delivery.
  • Choose Self-service if your team wants more direct technical control.
  • Choose Unsure on the application if you want to decide after a first-domain review.

FAQ

Are prices published on the website?

No. Public pricing and partner economics are not part of this launch. Commercial terms are discussed directly after the delivery model and customer context are understood.

Can we start with our own domain?

Yes. The guided onboarding path begins with one organisation domain so the team can confirm DNS access, mail-platform context and the appropriate working model.

Can the partner model change later?

A different model can be discussed if responsibilities change. Any commercial or contractual change requires a separate agreement; this page does not promise automatic migration.

Does applying create an account?

No. The public application is reviewed before any account, role, domain or invitation is created.
