Vigil is a managed-DMARC and domain-authentication product and service brand of The Vigilance Initiative Group (Pty) Ltd (TVIG). TVIG is the legal and commercial actor for ownership, contracting, invoicing and responsible-party wording. Vigil is not a separate legal entity.
What Vigil is built to support
Vigil helps service providers and authorised domain operators assess DMARC, SPF, DKIM, DNS and reporting posture; process aggregate reports; identify sending sources; monitor authentication results; and guide careful policy progression.

Who the service is for
The primary audience is WISPs, MSPs, ISPs, hosting providers, security consultants and IT advisers that manage customer relationships, DNS or email services. Organisations may also use the public checker and educational material to understand their own domain posture.
What Vigil does not claim
Vigil is not an inbound spam or malware filter, mailbox-security suite, email gateway, backup service or legal-compliance guarantee. DMARC addresses authorised use of an exact From domain; other email and fraud risks require other controls.
