Application process
- Submit organisation, contact, DNS and first-domain context.
- Vigil/TVIG reviews the information and follows up using the contact details provided.
- If the application proceeds, access and onboarding steps are handled separately.
When service activation starts
Submitting this application does not order a paid service, create an account or start the activation period. We first confirm the service scope and agreement with you.
Once payment and the required customer authority, access and sender information have been received, activation is normally completed on the same business day or by the end of the next business day, unless a later start date is agreed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays. Weekend and public-holiday assistance is discretionary unless separately agreed.
If information is missing or a technical dependency prevents activation, we will explain what is needed and communicate revised timing. We confirm when the agreed activation work is complete. DNS propagation and incoming reports may take longer.
